I had the absolute best experience today at Mendocino Farms in Walnut Creek thanks to John C. From the moment my family and I walked in, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. John’s hospitality was outstanding. He treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and care, making sure every detail of our order was perfect. It wasn’t just about great customer service. John created an atmosphere that felt warm and personal. He checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and took care of my entire family as if we were his own guests. That level of attentiveness and professionalism is rare and truly made our visit memorable. Mendocino Farms is already one of our favorite spots, but John turned a regular lunch into an exceptional experience. I cannot thank him enough, and I hope the team knows what a gem they have in him. We will definitely be back and asking for John!
