I've lived in South Salem for eight years now and by far my biggest regret is not going to Mina's sooner. Not only is Mina's the best Thai restaurant in Salem, but Mina's has the best fried rice I've ever had. I usually prefer noodles but the fried rice was so delicious that I finished it before my chicken. And the chicken was incredible. The Thai green tea and Thai iced tea are a must. Wonderfully strong brew that I find myself craving all the time. The mango with sticky rice was perfect. The rice had the perfect sticky texture and had a great balance of sweet with a bit of savory, and it worked so well with the very sweet mango. Probably my favorite dessert from here. I have tried so much on the menu, and it's all amazing. The wonton broth has such a deep flavor, and it's perfect on cold days. The drunken noodles are PACKED with vegetables, and the noodles perfectly coated in sauce. The rice I would happily eat by the trough. And I love how balanced the spice level is when you ask for 3 out of 5. Absolutely love Mina's!

you cant throw a baseball in this town without hitting an excellent thai restaurant. we finally made our first visit here because the new menu they released recently had so many items we had not seen anywhere else. everything we tried was fantastic and we definitely will be back to try many more dishes.

Delicious and fresh Thai food. Great service. The owners are super nice. Even got free ice cream for dessert! Top 5 favorite places to eat in Salem.
