Wow. Just wow! Absolutely incredible food. They get their fish fresh from Japan 3 times a week, they use new oil everyday (which results in the best gyoza I’ve ever had in my life)…. Everything was sooo fresh and delicious! My husband ordered the yellow tail jalapeño roll which he loved, he also tried the fire roll which he said it was “really good, very different”. This spot has multiple options for vegetarians. Ten out of ten experience!!

very very fresh sashimi and reasonable prices for deliciously unique specialty rolls as well as classics. we'd love to try the fire roll next time, we were told that it's their special! the service was also excellent and personable, and I love that they serve barley tea at the perfect temp :)

This is one of those places I tried where I wondered why I have not been by sooner since I am so close by. Props to this spot for being open on a Monday night as it was frustrating finding a sushi spot that wasn’t closed. This place looked promising, so I decided to give it a try and I am very glad I did. They had a great variety of different special rolls; I am not a fan of cucumber on sushi and they were accommodating to my preference for every roll. A lot of the time when I request no cucumber at sushi places, it falls on deaf ears and I end up taking it out myself but they were accommodating here. I was also a big fan of their shrimp tempura because they cut the tails off the shrimp without me having to ask. I can’t stand when a few tails are left on the shrimp for decoration and I make a mess eating the piece. Even when I request it off at certain places, that is ignored even more than the no cucumber request. This is the first spot I ever went to that served shrimp tempura exactly how I like it without me having to make any adjustments to my order. One thing I loved about their sushi style in general is that many of their rolls come with crunchy flakes on/in the sushi which is a nice touch. That element of crunch and extra flavor from the crumbs really does push the sushi to the next level; I would like all my sushi to have this addition to it. The general quality of the fish was also quite good; from the tuna and yellow tail to their cooked options. One thing that would make this place perfect would be if they offered an all you can eat option; as a customer I could wish for that, but I know it is not always in a restaurants best interest to offer it lol. I will also add that the service was great; we did not have to call a server over at any point to ask for anything because they were very attentive. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place to sushi lovers in the area.
