Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

A hidden gem in Amherst! Coming from Texas, where Asian food and pho are everywhere, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything we ordered was tasty and the portion is just right for its price. The restaurant is cozy and lively, and the service is excellent. Definitely a must-visit when in the area.

This place is amazing. As a Northampton resident, I make sure everyone drives over the bridge if they say they like Asian food and tries this place out. When I walked in, I was planning to get banh mi, but someone next to me got the number 25 special, Miss Saigon, and it looked amazing. So I gave it a try, and it is absolutely awesome. The bowl feels like it never runs out of noodles and meat—super filling, super healthy, super delicious. Since I started going this winter, I’ve come back maybe seven or eight times and gotten either pho, noodles, banh mi, and tons of other good meals (and a delicious steamed taro dessert!). It can get really busy, so call and get a reservation or come when it isn’t crowded. But this place is absolutely worth a try. The flavor is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the value is exceptional. I love this place and will definitely be back. It’s quickly become one of my favorite restaurants!

The restaurant was a bit "dirty", torn seats, messy entrance. The food was so so. I've had better pho. Reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff though.
