From the moment we walked in to the moment we left this was a 10/10 experience!! Spotlessly clean you notice immediately & I love anywhere that will take my coat! The server was so knowledgeable and just lovely! Creative and just delicious menu!! We did the six courses with the add on and left feeling full but not disgusting. Not one bad bite. Literally! Very memorable.

A beautiful and tasty vegetarian LATAM journey. We chose the La Herencia menu experience, featuring a dozen different items. We did not go hungry! The flavors we experienced were wonderful. We added the Chef's Cellar selection wine pairing (six wines), which I would not recommend for the price ($250). I expected a more diverse and muti-international selection. I would choose one of their other pairings next time. I would definitely recommend MITA.

Amazing food!! Truly deserving of a Michelin star. Each dish was packed with flavor and art and high quality ingredients. Most DC restaurants fall flat in flavors while delivering excellent ambience but Mita stood out. Chefs hard work was evident through the night as he went around ensuring each dish was created to his level of perfection. Definitely a bit pricey, but worth for a special occasion 100% recommend!
