It looked nice, i did to-go. Ordered a raw roll and a deep fried california roll, tell me which in the photo is deep fried... yeah, seens the cali roll was not deep fried. The food is good, was digging the atmosphere, though it seems like another place you either have to open to-go orders before walking out, or simply dine in.

I ordered pot stickers that had more wrap than filling and my California roll had no cucumber and not much avacado. This place use to be really good but the quality is going down.

Mix Sticks is easily one of the best places to eat in Soledad. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they put care into everything they make — nothing feels rushed or generic. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and treat you like family, not just another customer. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Great food, generous portions, and genuinely nice people — you can’t ask for more. If you’re in Soledad and looking for a spot with amazing food and even better service, Mix Sticks Restaurante is a must-visit. Highly recommended
