My family and I finally tried the newest spot in Jacksonville, NC.... Mizu and we had a really great experience. First off, the service from our server Chris was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was always taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and he definitely deserves a raise. Now onto the food. The whole family agreed that the all-you-can-eat sushi is one of the best options in town. Everything tasted fresh and came out quickly, and we enjoyed being able to try several different rolls. Another highlight was the hot pot selection. The variety of meats and seafood available for the hot pot was excellent. Everything looked fresh, and it was fun being able to cook it right at the table and try different combinations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great service, fresh food, and lots of options. We will definitely be coming back. Overall 10 out of 10!!!

We FINALLY have a hotpot place nearby & we are beyond happy! 😊 Great for date nights, &/or families. The decorations were so cute! Did you get a lion dance at opening? The area was stroller friendly. Baby changing table in the men's & women's washroom. They had mouth wash, lotion, toothpicks & floss packets in the washroom 🚻 . We got the big round table for our family of 5 (two adults, 1 young kid, toddler & baby) We chose spicy for adults & tomato for the kids in the double pot. Awesome, bc we thought it was only 1 broth choice initially. Ofc we got the kids their edemame, tempura 🍤 & sushi 🍣 . For hotpot each ingredient /mini dish came with 3-4ct of items to put in the hotpot (e.g. beef slices, green striped fish balls w roe, thinly sliced fish, bok choy, napa, tofu), so next time we will order larger & double for the first round. (Lowkey wishing they had pea tips [greens] & bean curd sticks, but damnit we'll take this, 🤩 bc we want y'alls business to stick around, Lbvs!) 🤤 Food & broth was delicious. Tomato broth was flavorful; not watered down like other places. Yummy! Service communication (Adam) was 👍 on-point with our in-person physical orders, & additional QR/ online add-ons for our table that we added when he wasn't around. For example: He took our orders for Thai Tea, but someone else came by to tell us they were out & took our secondary request for sweet teas instead. Without us needing to tell him the update he then immediately swung by behind him with our 4 teas. 🙂 The sweet teas were very watered down, but it was okay for us because the broth was very salty (as it should be), so we knew it would help us with yeet hay 熱氣 afterwards & using the full 2hr limit. Beer selection was available. Also, super happy to see the make-your-own chili bar with the bowls underneath. It had Oyster sauce, Sriracha, sesame, green onions, cilantro, chili powder, minced garlic, & chili crisp. Ofc we went w one of each for our dips. Overall, super satisfied with the amount of times they stopped by to ask if we needed anymore add-ons, broth, &/or drinks even though some things took a minute (totally understandable for the 1st day of opening). Wish we could've stayed for their dessert 🍨 😋. Additionally they have a happy birthday 🎂 sign & sing for occasions! ❤️ We'll be coming back as regulars for the foreseeable future! 😀
