I come here very often and honestly sometimes it’s a hit or miss. However today Jan 2, 2026 was definitely a HIT!!! Everyone that worked with Ms. Erica on that 5pm shift was awesome. Ms. Erica food line was clean fresh nice neat. Attitudes was amazing. The young girl on the register smiled so bright. When I made it home after two stops my food was still fresh my daughter said Ma that bowl was goodt!!!😁 let’s get everyone on one accord Ms. Erica way and make this hit every time!!

If you’re the owner and you care about your business I’d strongly advise you to retrain/hire a new team of employees somehow someway. They seem like nice people but I don’t think anyone really knows what they’re doing 🫤.

First of all let me just start off saying this, whoever they have working in there period, they need to fire the whole staff from management on down and start over from scratch. Twice I have pulled up to the drive through and sat at least 2-4 min and no one said anything. There was no customer inside and drive thru was empty, so why did I have to sit and wait. I had to say hello for them to say anything and I got so mad I drove off. Again today same thing. Sitting waiting forever with no one in drive thru, they finally came to the window after sitting for 2-3 min and said can I take your order and then said please hold and made me wait another 2-3 min. Once I started ordering I order one Burrito with white rice, was in the process of ordering a bowl and told her I wanted white rice and she said you want seasoned rice and I said no white rice and she said hold on and had me wait another 2 min and I just pulled off. If they do not change their staff I expect them to be out of business real soon.They do this so people will pull off. If they are not making orders how are they making money?? They can never get a dime of my money again. Chipotle it is from now on. Moe’s in Byram you suck!!
