Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Student employee is extremely rude and disrespectful. She gives outrageously disrespectful portion sizes and does it with an absolutely awful attitude every single time. Half a scoop of chicken would be a blessing at this point. Insane.

I like Moe's since they've got solid, consistent vegan fast food. I suspected there was one in Troy, but sometimes Google showed it as "closed temporarily". I finally bit the bullet and went to Troy University in search of Moe's and was pleasantly surprised. It's in the food court in the second floor and you won't have to fight students to get your homewrecker. Quick in and out, tasty food and good service. Don't expect to find a high chair, since this location caters to students, obviously.
