The waiter was nice, smile and called me sir. He did not seem like he wanted to be there. Atmosphere was ok, felt a little depressing. One waiter was enthusiastic and greeting people. I got chicken teriyaki which came with green salad (not very green) and miso soup (luke warm, probably microwaved). Chicken was flat, most likely previously frozen not fresh. All fish was farmed, which I get its more sustainable. A sushi restaurant usually has one or two wild options, but there were zero here. Makes sense I am in Pendleton. Overall a better meal than fast food but was not impressed.

Momiji's Sushi & Hibachi is one of our favorite restaurants in Pendleton. The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently excellent. Whether you’re ordering rolls, sashimi, or trying something new, the quality is always top-notch. For a smaller town, it’s pretty amazing to have sushi this good locally. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere makes it a great spot for a casual dinner or a night out. We’re really grateful to have Momiji’s in our community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sushi in Pendleton.
