Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I really love the food here, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into bringing Nepali food to Lubbock, Texas. Having a Nepali food truck here means a lot. The food is always good. One small thing that could be improved is the pickup time. When I call, I’m usually told 30 minutes, but it often takes longer. It would be helpful if they could give a more accurate time estimate. Other than that, I really enjoy this place and will continue coming back.

We spent around 35$ for fried chicken momo, butter chicken, rice, and samosas. There were around 10 pieces of momo with two sauces, which were very crisp; 9/10! The butter chicken came in its own separate container, and there was a very good amount for the price; it could use a bit more chicken pieces in it, though; 8/10. The samosas were very crisp and came with their own sauce; 6/10. Overall, I think everything was fairly priced and pretty good. The only complaint was that they said to come in 30 minutes, and made my daughter wait an additional 5 minutes after she got there. Not a big deal, but I would say if you are going to do a pick-up order, go 5-10 minutes after the time they say to come.

Delicious food and great customer service. Must try Nepali and Indian cuisine. Momo(Himalayan Dumplings) and butter chicken are the best together with mango lassi.
