Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I’ve been to this place a couple of times now and have really enjoyed it each time. The food here is incredibly flavorful and tastes very authentic. Everything we tried had a great balance of spices, and you can tell it’s made fresh with care. The jhol momos, buff chowmein, buff chilli, khasi ko bhuttan, buff sekuwa, and choila set were absolutely to die for especially the jhol momos. The jhol is so delicious and it really reminded me of Nepal. The flavors truly felt like home. The tea was also excellent and paired perfectly with the food. The hospitality here is amazing. The owner and the team are very friendly and welcoming, and they even offered us complimentary soda waters and pani puri, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s also very kid-friendly. Our kids enjoyed their time there and had a lot of fun while we relaxed and enjoyed the food. I’ll definitely be visiting again and again and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try delicious and authentic Nepalese food.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon after walking all around Golden Gate Park and was starving. Got the vegan spicy and sweet momos. They were pretty pricey for the portion size. The momos themselves were decent. The onions were barely cooked and had a strong raw flavor. The sauce was supposed to be spicy and sweet, but I didn’t get any sweetness at all. Mostly just heat.
