I have been wanting to try this spot since I heard about it a couple of months ago. Finally made it today for dinner about 5pm. We order the all you can eat catfish. They were out of white beans, mashed potatoes and gravy along with a few other sides. We got the sides that were available from the cafeteria bar and sat down to wait on the catfish. After 25 minutes we still had not receive our fish, so I decided to ask the waitress. Somehow we had been forgotten about. At this point the sides we were able to get from the cafeteria line was cold. Approximately 5 minutes last we received 3 pieces of catfish. Over all the food was seasoned well, a tad bit too salty but had a good flavor.

We were greeted at the door with enthusiasm. Our group had 26. We called ahead and have them a heads up. The food and service was great andthey aimed to please. Great family friendly environment. Can't wait to go back. I had all u can eat catfish. With fixn's.

What a great new find! We had delicious catfish and frog legs for our entrees. Side dishes we had are green beans, potato salad, cole slaw, and turnip greens. All were hot, fresh and tasty. The seasonings were perfect and the cornmeal coating was crispy yet tender! The froglegs are cooked perfectly, both juicy and flavorful. When you visit, you MUST try the greens! Best I have eaten since my Grandmother made them for me. The price is right. Portions are huge! We have fish leftovers for a sandwich tomorrow. We had to take our cobbler to go. They too were fabulous!
