Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This place defines “hidden gem”! Aleigha was our server tonight and she provided attentive and down to earth service and recommended the Chicken Buns as an appetizer and they were so good! All the veggies were fresh, the tofu was good quality and the chicken was beautifully tender. The sodas we ordered were perfectly carbonated and fresh as well, which is so hard to find in Charleston. A plus is the decor! So cute, really loved it. The spicy ramen is SPICY though! They don’t play! So if you looove mouth tingling spice, get this!!

Much better places in town. Been here twice now over the last year, once for take out and once for dine in. Both times were disappointing and what ramen place doesn't even serve beer? The service was fine. The first time it was either Shoyu or Miso ramen. I can't remember which unfortunately but the broth was bland and nothing about the ramen was impressive. This time I got pork buns and garlic tonkatsu. The bun itself was better than some I've had in town, but it outweighed the pork. Overall it was tasty but I'd like to see more pork to bun ratio. The ramen I couldn't finish. The broth had this odd metallic, charred, kind of gamey? taste. I'm guessing they cooked the garlic too long and my only guess is they didn't blanche the bones long enough. It was very off putting. The chashu was pretty good and the egg had decent flavor but the bamboo shoots didn't have much. The noodles had some good firmness and held up well. I know there's a Summerville location, but based on the experiences here I won't be visiting.

The ramen is so amazing! We also got spring rolls and chicken dumplings that were incredible! The staff was incredible and the food came out quickly! We can't wait to come back!
