Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Murray in a Hurry was phenomenal! I had the butter chicken and chicken samosas and everything was fresh, hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The seasoning was on point and you could truly taste the quality. The staff was so kind, and Murray himself was thoughtful enough to check in and make sure I enjoyed my order. That level of care makes a difference. This place is truly a hidden gem… but it shouldn’t be hidden for long. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

This place was amazing. I wish I took some picture but I didn't. It was my boyfriend and I first time going to this place. Although my main reason was to get some butter chicken they were out. I was kind of upset but the vibe of the host with his customer service skills was awesome. He requested that I try the tandori chicken sandwich. That sandwich was soooo good and the samosas.....10/10. I highly recommend this spot.

I went there recently and was extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars that's what I would give this place. When my family and I entered the restaurant, there was no one behind the counter. We waited until someone came out from the back. We had already decided what we wanted to order but were told that they were out of one of the items. We looked at the menu, which did not look like the menu pics that others have posted in their reviews, and chose something else. The guy behind the counter was not welcoming and did not seem interested in providing any customer service or even a friendly smile. We should have left at this point but thought we'd give the place a chance. We paid for our food and looked for a clean table to sit at. We ended up flicking food off a table so that we could use it. We had indicated that we were dining in so were surprised when our food came out in takeout boxes! We'd had enough so we decided to take our food home since it was already packed! The food was subpar. We'd ordered samosas and a tandoori pizza. The samosas were over-fried and half empty. Some of the chicken pieces on the pizza had no flavor. I will not be returning to this place nor can I, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone else.
