I recently visited Mustang Indian Nepali Cuisine in Dacono and had a good overall experience. We were seated quickly on a Friday night, and the staff was nice and friendly. We ordered the Winter Feast For Two promotion for $47 (regularly $62), which is definitely worth it for the price and makes for a very filling meal. The feast included chicken momos, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and two garlic naans. The chicken momos were probably my favorite part of the meal. We requested a medium spice level for everything; the butter chicken was perfect, but the chicken tikka masala was a bit on the spicier side. If you have never tried this cuisine before, I recommend coming here and starting with the butter chicken. The garlic naan was good, and we also added mango lassis, which were very smooth and enjoyable.

We came in for date night. The staff was quick to find us a seat and quickly took our order. As we enjoyed our conversation we were surprised by how fast we got our appetizer and drinks. Everything from the first bite to the main course was absolutely delightful. The staff was attentive while not being overbearing. The entire dinner was delicious, and we feel priced fairly. I would highly recommend Mustang to everyone. Overall a wonderful dining experience!

I was looking to take my beautiful Bride out for a date night. I came across Mustang Indian Nepali Cuisine by accident. It is a bit outside our usual, but we enjoy trying different places, especially ones that do not feel corporate, so I figured I would surprise her. We arrived on a Friday around 6 p.m. The place was empty and we could sit wherever we liked. I will admit, I wondered how somewhere with such strong reviews had no one on a Friday night. The same young lady who greeted us brought water and menus. She was kind, patient, and happy to answer our questions. Before long, another couple came in. They had never been either, but were familiar with the cuisine, and we shared a conversation. I always appreciate strangers being kind to one another and enjoying a meal in the same space. For drinks, we ordered a Spiked Mango Lassi and an Indian Tamarind Margarita. As is our custom, we split and share, one plate, two forks. For dinner, we chose the Garlic Cheese Jalapeño Naan and Lamb Saag. The drinks took a little time, but we noticed our server carefully teaching another staff member how to prepare them. There was no rushing and no cutting corners, just doing it right. Both drinks came out beautifully presented and well worth the wait. When the food arrived, it smelled incredible, fresh, warm, and comforting. We ordered the saag mild. I did not find much heat, but my Bride, with her sharp taste buds, picked up a gentle warmth. It was not overpowering, just enough to remind her it was there. If I were ordering solo, I might bump the spice up at least a notch or two. It was creamy and delicious over the rice. The naan was excellent, the fresh jalapeño baked right in, flavorful but again, not hot. The garlic present but not overpowering. Simple, balanced, and satisfying meal. We are grateful we stopped in. Good food. Good seevice. Great company. Good conversation. Meeting new people. No rush. Exactly what we needed after a long week. We will make the drive again.
