MyLeigh's Catering by Chef Pennye

Chef Pennye hosted a private Thanksgiving dinner for our family reunion. Every interaction with her was excellent - from selection of the menu choices, set up of the dining area and presentation, food preparation which included an invitation and engagement of my granddaughter to help prepare whipped cream for desserts, to the quality and delicious taste of each and every dish. The Cornish hens and tenderloin were the tastiest that we have ever had. The carrot cake was superb. Even the sweet potatoes ordered by my children - I have disliked sweet potatoes my entire life - were so tasty that I went back for seconds. There was not an item on the table that didn't make you want to go back for more. Chef Pennye was so personable and fit in so seamlessly while preparing the meal in our kitchen that morning, that she became a part of our family that day and gave our family a truly memorable experience. Without solicitation, my 5 year old granddaughter summed up the experience by proclaiming that "this is the best day ever!!" I couldn't agree more.

This is 100 % a fantastic surprise and such a wonderful dining experience! What a wonderful restaurant in a casual location with top-notch service, presentation, and quality. The owner stopped by our table to check on our meal which was a True 5-Star restaurant experience.

MyLeigh's catering did a Holiday HOA Brunch for the community on 12/06/25. The food was hot and delicious. The french toast casserole was a favorite. The board and community was very pleased.
