Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This place is a great deal. They have a huge window you can eat at, but the food is boxed to go. They have wonderful muffins that sell out quickly. The staff is extremely friendly. They have fresh, on tap kombucha. Freshly pulped juice made to order.

This review is mainly about the service at this location. Let me start by saying there are 3 employees (2 female and 1 male) who I call the A-team, and they always provide stellar customer service and are just genuine good people. I love when they, or at least one of them, is working because the bar is raised tremendously. Today was not one of those days. In the absence of the A-team you get employees who simply don’t care, or are not trained properly. You walk up to the counter and are ignored until they are finished preparing the previous order(s). They stand right in front of you but act as if you’re not even there. You’re lucky if they make eye contact but even of they do, they will not acknowledge your presence. How hard is it to say, “hi, we’ll be with you momentarily”? Do better Mom’s. (A-Team, you know who you are. Keep being awesome.)

Eat here if you want to experience what it’s like to eat like a rabbit. Food here is extremely bland. Yuk.
