Naked Lunch

This a small counter embedded in the Moms store. They have order at the counter and take away your food. However there is some seating inside and the curb outside. They are quite popular owing to the apartment complexes around them. Most of the people bought the food and walked back to their apartment The servers were not friendly. In fact one of them was downright unfriendly. When we asked for a little more cilantro she threatened to charge us for it. The food is all vegetarian and quite wholesome but does not really standout. Almost everything is basically a salad tossed a little differently. It’s okay if eating healthy is your only motivation and you are willing to sacrifice taste for it. The prices are reasonable

The cauliflower taco on the sprouted grain tortilla is a little messy but so worth it. Kale is much better than what normally comes on a taco, and the flavor doesn’t overwhelm as kale is known to do. From the sauces, there is a good heat which was a nice surprise the first time. My favorite item on the menu which also has other great items!

What a waste of money for a sushi bowl that was mostly brown rice. When I asked why so few vegetables (e.g. just a few small pieces of cucumber, a few carrot shavings (not carrot pieces) and a small crumbled dry piece seaweed instead of fresh sea weed) they said that the rice was the base. That doesn't explain why they are incredibly so stingy with the other items. The tofu cubes were very good but few. I would never order this again. The meal was a huge amount of rice and very little else. It was a rip off.
