We were super excited to try after seeing they were #3 on top 100 places to try in 2026 by yelp, and it exceeded all expectations! The broth is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, the short rib in the pho is braised for four hrs. Nam was very accommodating. Even while they had a long list of guests waiting they were still considerate of my seating preference. The waiters were very knowledgeable about the menu and provided amazing recommendations. The flavors did not miss. I truly enjoyed this Asian -Peruvian inspired cuisine. The pho broth was very good even though it has no msg. The meat was mostly tender and plentiful though I will say the flank was a tad bit chewy. The matcha foam coffee was very good. The oxtail fried rice was good but I wasn't particularly fond of the drier oxtail for the fried rice. I was expecting it to be soft n tender and a little wet. The staff was nice and I would like to come back to try the truffle fried rice and lomo saltado as many have said it was highly recommended. The decor is also pretty neat and open space which isn't common for a typical Viet restaurant.
