Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

One of the pictures is what is advertised as Tandoori Chicken, and another picture showing what we received. We also ordered "Lamb Briyani" and chilli garlic naan. Mostly rice, maybe 3 pieces of burned lamb, and mostly cooked naan. Sericve was atrocious! The lady at the counter told my husband "You still have to pay or I won't let you leave" it was a to go order, and was waiting for her to get the order to pay - asked him 3 times what the order was. The order took an hour after saying 25 minutes. Absolutely horrible customer service, and the food would not be characterized as indian food either!!

Butter chicken and Chicken biryani didn't have that authentic taste.... Was more like fried rice with added chicken! Naan was good. Minimal chicken in the butter chicken. 2 for peaceful environment and cashier who was good!

I apologize for not taking pictures, but I dug in and didn’t stop. Seriously delicious Chicken Tikka Masala using actual chunks of flavorful tandoori chicken. The masala and gravy was rich and flavorful and, in my humble opinion, quite authentic. I really appreciated that they ask for spice level as most Indian restaurants do not (this is more common in Thai restaurants). I ordered mine 7/10 and the spice level was absolutely perfect, hot enough to feel the heat and make my nose run while not so much that it hurt to eat. Really couldn’t have asked for a better prepared Tikka Masala. The Garlic Naan was excellent as well and the Basmati perfectly prepared. While service was excellent, my only complaint would be the requirement to pay first, as I’m not a big fan of pre-service tipping which—from me anyways—typically leads to a lower tip being left. Minor issue to an otherwise excellent meal, I will be back!
