Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The staff is really friendly and welcoming, providing efficient and quality service. They are very transparent about any circumstances that might regard the food, and do their best to accommodate to any food restrictions and requests. The food is always warm, fresh, and delicious. The prices are very reasonable for how amazing the food is. Favorite Nepalese restaurant in Vermont!

We picked this place for Sunday dinner. We arrived an hour before the closing time, the restaurant was about 2/3 full. It’s a small family operated place. The menu has some of the popular appetizers, curry and biryanis. We started with the samosa chaat and chicken momos. Chaat was decent, but momos were underwhelming. The outside layer was too thick and the middle was cold and bland. We got the chicken korma, that was a much better dish. The sauce and the chicken were good. The naan was soft, tasted really good with korma sauce. I also ordered the goat curry. This dish fell short, as the meat didn’t feel like goat, appeared more so like lamb. Also took them a really long time to prepare it. The service was nice. There was a teenager helping us, she was very apologetic and kept us in the know regarding each dish’s prep time.

The best of the best of the best food! We became regulars even during our 3 day trip to Burlington! The staff, the taste and the authenticity is out of the world!!! A must visit.
