We love to go to Napoli’s when we visit Norfolk. Their service is always great and we love the atmosphere inside. It really feels like being in Italy. The only issue we have had when we go is that oftentimes the food isn’t the best, I particularly, the chicken and shrimp. We don’t always order the same menu items. The other pastas and such always come out delicious, but when it comes to the chicken/shrimp Alfredo, they always taste odd. You can really taste the freezer burn from both. While I do understand we are in Nebraska and sourcing fresh shrimp is difficult, I would love to eat some fettuccini that doesn’t taste freezer burnt if I decide to add chicken and/or shrimp. Overall, the prices are great for the portions you receive. We will continue to go back, but will probably stay away from the Alfredo with chicken/shrimp.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Service was quick and friendly and the place was clean and nicely decorated. BUT THE FOOD? Everything was excellent. The cheesy garlic bread was fantastic. The wild mushroom bruschetta, although not what I usually think of as bruschetta, was delicious. Their house dressing is a sort of tomato vinaigrette which was different, but had a nice flavor. We ordered 3 different entrees and all were cooked excellently. The tour of Italy was great, as was the shrimp Florentine. I ordered a special of shrimp and scallop carbonara and it was stupendous. A bottle of wine, appetizers, entrees, an extra salad, and desserts were very reasonably priced for 3 people. We left both pleasantly full and a little sad we could not eat more!

Very disappointed. Chicken and shrimp Diablo, was Very watery, pasta was swimming in the sauce Couldn't tell I had shrimp. Dinner cost $20.00 with out salad Ordered small salad, cost $4.95, just lettuce. Had to ask for bread they gave us dinner rolls, No Italian bread.Charged $5.00 for bacon crumbles and $5.00 for tomatoes added to Alfredo dish.Very little amount. I had better at Olive Garden! Will not be going back.
