Very disappointed with my experience today. The employee who made my bowl was rude, rushed, and careless. She threw the bowl together extremely fast with no attention to presentation, which is very different from what I’m used to at this location. When it came to the honey, she barely put any on — just a small swirl on top. Normally it’s nicely drizzled across the entire bowl. I politely asked for more honey, and she told me they were out, even though there was clearly honey in the bottle she was holding (it’s visible in the photo). It felt dismissive and dishonest. On top of that, the way she spoke to the other employee working was demeaning and uncomfortable to witness. What’s concerning is that this seems to be becoming a pattern. I’ve heard of other recent issues too — like someone barely getting any Nutella on their bowl and receiving one with horrible presentation. That’s not the standard this location used to have. She also left the granola off my fiancé’s bowl— dude granola??😭 I really hope management addresses this before it becomes the norm.

I usually love going to Nautical bowls. However, I went there today and got 4 bowls to go because it was buy one get one 50% off. I later found out that you could only use that "coupon" for one of your bowls. Yet nowhere in the email or website did it say there was a limit of one. Furthermore, they underfilled all of our bowls. If I wanted a smaller size, I would have paid for a smaller size. I do not reccomend this location.

Nautical bowls are my absolute go-to. Obviously they are always pristine clean and welcoming but the Nauti bowl is just SO GOOD! So good. I’ve had a couple of smoothies as well which I was thrilled to see them start offering. You can always find something healthy and delicious here!
