All I can say is YUM! We tried the protein bowls in the “Dinghy” size which was filling, tasty and nutritious. My toddler tried the Nauti-bowl and loved it, calling it “ice cream.” Everything tastes fresh and best of all, it’s guilt free. We’ll be opting to come here anytime we’re wanting a sweeter lunch, snack or sweet treat.

I saw Nautical Bowl on tictok and had to try it. There are so many options so I was so happy to see they had an option for a few mini bowls so we could try a few. They were delicious! We will be back for more.
