Out of all the Nautical Bowls I've eaten at, this one has the best and friendliest customer service. Big applause to Monica for making this a fantastic visit. She even gave me some great tips to freeze my bowls for my weekly meal prep. Food here is always fresh and delicious, but the outstanding service makes it even better. It's a little out of the way for me but I think it's worth it.

This place was amazing! We travel A LOT and eat acai all over the world - these bowls were on par with anything we've had in Hawaii or anywhere else. The reviewer that complained about the sugar is just looking for something you complain about - no added sugar, natural occuring sugars only. These bowls were fresh, delicious, beautiful, and all organic. They have great deals - buy four get one free and a cooler bag. Thru Facebook messenger buy one get one free any size. So many options. The girl who helped us spent lots of care and time making each bowl. The grind their own peanut and almond butter on site on demand for each bowl too!! We will be back!

I love nautical bowl. But every time my wife and I come here we wait 15 or more minutes for 2 bowl's. Every other location makes them super fast and we never wait more than 5 minutes. Lady is super nice in there but please hire more people or something you need to increase your speed it is ridiculous slow.
