Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Wife and I came for breakfast during the week, we had a really nice experience. I can’t say enough about our server, Sean, he was super attentive and professional. The atmosphere is modern with music playing but low enough to not interrupt a conversation. My wife really enjoyed her green chile omelet, I thought my burrito was bland but the salsa was good. The pancakes were not traditional, they were really thick and had a vanilla flavor, they were really good!

We had a delightful brunch on New Years at Neighbor. Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We started with cocktails: carajillo, mimosas, and Bloody Mary. Each drink carefully crafted and refreshing. The Bloody Mary came with these awesome feta-stuffed olives. I highly recommend the table cinnamon roll. There were five of us, and we couldn’t finish it! There were vegetarian options across both the breakfast and lunch menus. I had the Green Chile omelet, which was light, fluffy and packed with sautéed chiles. Also at the table were the arracherra and eggs and salmon tostada. I’ve gotta mention the incredible salsas and sauces: get the salsa roja, it’s a journey! The ambiance is close and comfy with lots of natural light and spacious tables. Parking is difficult, but worth it.

Total vibes from the moment you walk in. ✨ The space is modern, cozy, and just the kind of spot you want to linger in for brunch with friends. The aesthetic is so well done — think warm lighting, clean design, and that easy, relaxed energy that makes you want to order “just one more latte.” We went for brunch, and it did not disappoint. My grain bowl was fresh and flavorful, and they’ve got solid vegan options (which I really appreciate). I had a lavender latte that was honestly the bomb — perfectly balanced and beautifully served. Service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive without hovering. I’ve heard they do live music at night now, which totally fits the vibe — it’s that kind of place that transitions seamlessly from morning chill to evening hangout. Definitely one of those spots that nails the atmosphere and the food. 🌿☕️🎶
