Staff is always friendly, efficient, & extremely accommodating. No matter what time of day, even close to closing, they never make you feel rushed or unwelcome. The food is always excellent, especially after you have had a hard day yourself. A real "homey" atmosphere. Generous portions & good selections. My favorite words to hear from my husband is "let's go to New Horizon". I drop anything I'm doing & can't get out the door fast enough. You also never feel overdressed or underdressed, with limitations, of course, lol. All are welcome.

Honestly food was good but very standard. If you’re looking for a quick and simple go to meal this might be your place. The service was okay didn’t feel welcomed unfortunately and almost like we were being rushed out of there. The place was comfy and calm.
