Love this place. Always have had good food. Great service from workers. I just wish I could take this crew and get them into a better restaurant style building. They could make a great restaurant. They do have a few tables to sit down and eat at. I would call it a cafeteria style seating.

My first time being there today, and I'm from out of Houston, Texas. I can truthfully say that out of all the restaurants I've tried in Ohio, this one right here gives the best-tasting Chinese food—up to par with some of the most high-level restaurants back home. The portion sizes are great, they make the food to order so it's hot, and I will definitely be coming back.

The best chinese food in Mansfield, hands down. My tried them all when we moved here several years ago and New Hot Wok stood apart from the rest. We've been satisfied customers ever since. The sweet and sour pork, spring rolls, and lo mein are some of our favorites.
