Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

10000/10 stars if I could! This place is truly incredible and a hidden gem in NH! The service, the food- the food, tasted fresh and a good reminder of a little piece of Thailand. The chive dumplings were the star of the show, tom yum was perfectly cooked, seasoned and the aromas wake you right up. Some of the best thai food I've had outside of Thailand! Nida, it was such a pleasure meeting you and we wish you the best in your endeavors wherever life takes you! We will see you again!

5/5 – Absolutely Delicious and Cozy Thai Experience! We had lunch here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was exceptionally tasty — every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fried tofu was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a delicious dipping sauce. The Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice and balance of flavors. We also loved the spring rolls and mango sticky rice (amazing deserttttt!!!) — definitely a must-try! The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and clean, and you could tell the place is cared for with attention to detail. Even with kids, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, New Thailand Cuisine in Lebanon is a gem — clean, cozy, and serving some of the best Thai food we’ve had in New England. Highly recommended for families or anyone craving authentic, well-made Thai dishes!
