Our visit was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant is beautiful, meticulously clean, and the ambience was absolutely perfect. The entire team, from the hostesses to the waiters, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout the night. If you appreciate fresh fish, this is easily the best sashimi in the Fort Worth area. Yellowtail & Bluefin Tuna O Toro: These were the absolute stars of the night—fresh, high-quality, and simply fantastic. Wagyu Hot Rock: This was a "melt-in-your-mouth" experience. Flamed Tuna Tataki: Not only delicious but a very fun presentation as they flame-cook it right at the table. Shrimp Tempura: Perfectly cooked, very fresh, and well-executed. While the appetizers and raw fish were elite, a few of the prepared dishes didn't quite live up to the same standard: Udon Noodles: These were just "okay" and lacked the "wow" factor of the other plates. Lobster Roll: The presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately, the lobster tempura was overcooked, which took away from the overall experience of that specific dish. Final Verdict Despite those two dishes missing the mark, the quality of the sashimi and the appetizers was so high that I am already looking forward to returning. I’m especially interested in coming back for their live tuna cutting on Thursdays and trying their Omakase menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier fresh fish

For a vegetarian, the mains could have had more flavor. I would recommend a little more salt and chili oil (in the hot stone) will do wonders. And for the vegetarian nigiri, a little more flavor in the mushroom and veggies would change everything. We like the presentation and service. We absolutely LOVED the ube crepe cake. Very thin layers, perfectly sweet, very good ube taste coming through. Perfectly nutty with a little but of vanilla flavor. They nailed that. I would come back just for the dessert!

Had a great birthday dinner here! Our server, Idris, was fun and provided great information and recommendations for our first visit at Nikko. He went into detail listed which fish was included for the 6 course meal and premium omakase order - which we chose to get along with additional rolls (both cooked and raw). My favorite roll was the mango ichigo roll and this location is known for the blue fin tuna cutting (usually live on Thursdays at 7pm). So of course, we tried the toro - loved the o-toro and chu-toro dishes. The ebi (sweet shrimp) was my favorite sushi! The chef came out to personally greet us after the Omakase tasting which was courteous and nice. We appreciated the time and consideration for him to come out. We've tried a couple of sushi places but this location the chef was particular to the details and flavors of the sauce for the fish - which was amazing! We left very full and happy! Thank you for a night to remember.
