Honestly pretty good ramen and I love that they have vegetarian options. But the staff need to be better trained when it comes to food allergies - specifically celiacs. They had no idea if the soy sauce had gluten (and didn't check) and for some reason they think MSG is gluten (... It's not) and then didn't warn us about the other gluten products that were used as toppings. Luckily I am not gluten free so I really enjoyed the veggie ramen bowl. the broth was good and the staff was nice despite not being educated about celiacs. Very odd location too, not very inviting or a cozy spot to sit.

I really like Nom Nom Noodle. The specials are always interesting, the staff is always nice. The specials are always trying to break boundaries in a fun way mixing classic flavors with bold ideas. When the special are good, they are great! I am not a huge fan of the venue being at the VFW. I atmosphere is quiet and reserved but the vibes are more underground and modern. It feels like me and a few friends should be sharing a beer having a great time, but the venue keeps you hushed. Just an odd clash.

This was our first time here! The pictures I've seen always look so good so we had to try it. Got the pot stickers with a peanut curry sauce and chili crunch, birria ramen, buffalo chicken and bleu cheese beer cheese ramen special, and the pork belly buns. They brought us an order of crab rangoons for free - they didn't have to do that, that was so kind. Everything was great! The food presentation is 10/10, flavor and freshness is 10/10, and the customer service was 11/10. Will be going back again! They have limited hours so thats why we hadn't been before, glad we made the time to go for lunch.
