The Noodle Boathouse in Issaquah is an absolute gem, easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the entire Seattle area. Our dining experience started with our server, Heyoung. She was absolutely amazing, attentive to our needs, and willing to help us pick just the right dish. We started with the prawn fresh rolls, which were excellent. The peanut dipping sauce was thick, bold, and packed with flavor, elevating the dish far beyond the usual. The Panang Curry with pineapple (added me), was simply outstanding with rich, complex, and beautifully balanced Flavors. The Barry rice was a pleasant surprise, adding a subtle nuttiness and texture that complemented the Panang Curry perfectly. The Pad Thai with chicken was another outstanding dish that was just comfortingand full of flavor. The prices were more than reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The ambiance was clean, casual, and inviting, ideal for everything from a quick bite to a leisurely dinner and it's just a 25-minute drive from downtown Seattle via I-90. If you’re craving bold flavors, great service, and a menu that delivers across the board, the Noodle Boathouse is a must-try.

Stopped in for an early dinner, and ordered the basil Pad Basil. It was absolutely amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors, fresh basil popping in every bite, and just the right kick of spice. The portions were generous too. Service was fantastic, super friendly sever, and attentive. Already craving my next visit! Highly recommend! 🙏

Service was good, fast, friendly. Most of the dishes were too sweet for me. I only liked their boat house noodles
