Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I visited Nori Hibachi Ramen and Sushi during happy hour and I have to say I was pleasantly amazed by the entire experience. I originally ordered the regular steamed chili dumplings, but the chef, Nyoman, mentioned that he had been experimenting in the kitchen and offered to let me try a fried version of the chili dumplings as well. They turned out absolutely amazing. The texture and flavor were incredible, and honestly I would recommend adding the fried chili dumplings as a regular option, because they were outstanding. I also ordered the spicy pork belly ramen, which came with three huge pieces of pork belly along with broth, mushrooms, scallions, chives, corn, a soft-boiled egg, and spicy bean sprouts. Everything was rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. My bartender, Morgan, was very personable and friendly and really made the whole experience fun and welcoming. I also enjoyed a $5 margarita during happy hour, which was a great deal and tasted fantastic. The chef even has a house-made spicy sauce that he prepares himself, and it was truly delicious. Overall, the food, creativity from the chef, and the service made this a great experience. 10/10 — highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was literally the best food that I’ve had in a very long time. The restaurant is kind of sitting off in the distance so you might not notice it, but it is 100% worth it to take the time out of your day to come and visit. There was this girl named Morgan and I literally feel like she’s my sister now. I’ve never met anyone nicer. And the rice? OMG I didn’t have to put any salt or soy sauce on it. It was already delicious. And then there was this guy behind the bar named Gus who made my drinks and made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back! Even the hostess was super sweet!

This is probably the worst hibachi I’ve ever had in my life. The yum yum taste like bad mayonnaise. My children and I was very disappointed in this place and would never return. He kept touching the shrimp near the rest of the food and doesn’t know if we had allergies. Now we had to leave and go find something to eat.
