The teas and protein balls are great! I haven't tried a flavor I haven't liked yet. Ali and Kevra are both great and super nice, always kind and willing to chat and give recommendations. This is a hidden gem!! Their teas are the perfect pick me up to start your day. Just enough caffeine not too much where you feel shaky after. Their shakes are great for an after workout protein boost. I appreciate how kind the owners Ali and Kev are. You can truly tell they love what they do! I attended a paint and sip event where we were able to sample all different types of teas and paint along with an artist who you could follow along with step by step. Highly recommend for all ages and skill levels.
