Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Disappointing. At first, I was really excited that someone in town is doing these kinds of meals. But over time I realized how much of a rip off it was. Often the food wasn't that flavorful, just really salty (2k in one meal which is your whole daily value), and lacked veggies. The last straw was when I started to realize there wasn't actually the nutrition in it that the label says. Once there was a clear typo bc no way did my meal have only 290 mg of sodium, but I started questioning if there was actually the amount of protein in it. I got a chicken fatita bowl recently and weighed my chicken. Only 3.21 oz!! The label said 38 grams of protein in the meal. At best that's only 24 grams!! They gave me almost half the amount. This is false advertising and I'm never going back now. There are many frozen delivery meal services that are half the cost and have accurate nutrition. Or just meal prep yourself! **Updated review based on owner’s response:** I’m even more disappointed after reading the owner’s public response to my review. My original feedback raised legitimate concerns about nutrition accuracy, protein content, and overall value. Instead of addressing those concerns directly, the response I received was dismissive, defensive, and at times condescending in tone. When a business chooses to market meals with specific nutrition claims, customers have every right to ask questions about accuracy and portion content. That’s not unreasonable — it’s informed consumer decision-making. As a local business owner myself, I take customer feedback seriously, even when it’s difficult to hear. Publicly belittling or deflecting concerns isn’t repair — it erodes trust.

Nourish is amazing! Love the fact I can pick up a healthy AND delicious meal and can actually read all the ingredients! Also, did you know they are offering kids a lunch meal deal for $10!!! An entree, a sweet treat and a beverage for $10! Amazing! My son eats there 3-4 times a week. Nourish offers them a place to warm up the entree and sit and eat. And how awesome is the weekly family meal?! One night a week that I just swing in there and pick up a meal that feeds my family - entree, side dish and sweet treat! The lasagna bowl is my FAV!! The owner is great, she is constantly tweaking recipes to make them better and even lets us order peanut butter protein bites by the dozen!

While we would prefer to support a small business in Durango, the experience buying meals with Nourish and the team here in town was terrible. A number of the meals and recipes were good, but a healthy percentage were plagued by bad ingredients (mainly bad beef) or not ready for prime time. We got a family size lasagne meal recently, for example, and were super excited to have it, but after reheating with Nourish's directions, the food was not cooked through and was not good to eat so we had to dispose of the meal. We shared feedback about this with Nourish's owners and rather than being supportive or offering a replacement, they did nothing to resolve the situation and told us other customers liked the food. They even canceled our subscription because we provided feedback to help them? This service is not one we would recommend. They do not value their customers or feedback to help them.
