Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

“BEST PITA I’VE EVER HAD!” We were hosting friends from Jerusalem and when we called Nova about preparing a meal for them. I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and hospitality as they guided my selections and worked with my budget. Amazing food and people! Our friends loved everything and said it was the best pita they’ve ever had. If you’re looking for high quality authentic food and staff look no further. Highly recommend Nova Cafe and Market!!

Nova Bakery is a true Nashville treasure. Their couscous soup literally saved my life yesterday—warm, fresh, and full of comfort. They offer amazing goodies, fresh bourekas, and a great selection of Israeli products and Kosher meats. The bakery also honors the memory of those lost on 10/7/2023 at the Nova festival, which adds so much heart to the place. And Vered, the owner, is absolutely lovely—caring, welcoming, and full of warmth. A must-visit spot.

An absolute gem of a place. The food is incredible, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with so much care, but what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff/owners are some of the kindest, most generous humans you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely joyful. Can’t recommend it enough!
