Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Nua Thai Restaurant was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent, the environment was clean and cozy, and the food was truly amazing. We ordered the grilled steak, grilled pork jowl, Sai Oua, pumpkin crunch bites, pineapple fried rice, and the Sansane drink. Every dish and drink was absolutely delicious, and the staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu!

I don’t know what’s taken us so long to check out Nua seeing that we literally are a 5 minute walk away, but this is now a regular for us. The basil fried rice here is absolutely the best I’ve ever had - it’s packed with so much flavor and the tofu is always done right. It has become a staple whenever I get food here. But the real star is the Kao Soi - there isn’t a better one in the city, and is a perfect meal in winter. The massaman curry is pretty nice too. The rice portion that come with it is actually one the larger side than most places.

Tried this cute Thai restaurant and had the best experience due to service and of course the food. The shrimp fried rice was amazing perfectly seasoned, and packed with shrimp. The beef noodles equally delicious beef was tender and noodles cooked perfectly. 10/10✨
