Somehow I lost the genetic lottery. I have Renal disease (CKD) and Diabetes. I found out this summer. I have been a vegan since I was 6 years old. I must restrict my sodium intake a great deal but was at a loss with everything we have tried: till nutcase. It is delicious, provides the proper nutrition is low sodium and it has been a godsend. I am grateful.

This brand of vegan sausage has been so great to use for stuffing, and local too! We used the sweet italian and hot versions. 🔥 Highly recommend buying from Nutcase Vegan, locations to find them are on their website!

This team makes even Beyond Meat taste like it was engineered by drunk interns. PHENOMENAL taste, can't wait to start selling sandos of their options at my Hangry Planet C-store in the SF Bay area. What's extremely exceptional besides the taste is the fact that there is very marginal processing happening, it's nutrient dense, comprised of walnuts, brown rice, quinoa and spices. I was blown away by the taste and almost cried. Well, there were some tears of joy ( but I held back a tribal avalanche dance stomp as too many strangers were around me.)
