The hours aren’t conducive if you want to grab something before work, they don’t open until 9a.m.. smoothies take 15-20 minutes to make if they have any other customers. I was excited to support this establishment but have left disappointed my last few visits.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning, they have a wide variety of smoothie options. I ordered the protein chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and my wife something fruity. Neither were overly sweet, and didn't have any weird flavor or aftertaste! They used a whey protein as opposed to soy, which was a huge plus. The menu was large and had many things that looked good. The woman who helped us made recommendations when we told her it was our first time in. They had lots of protein bars/snacks to grab as well! Prices were in line with 2025 prices. They larger portion of the building is supplements they you can buy. Cool spot to have with delicious smoothies!
