What a gr8 surprise :) Dropped in here @ 5p without a reservation as we were in the area. The bar was jammed ! We were lucky to get a table on “Martini Monday” in one of their dining areas. Lily took wonderful care of us. She’s was never far away and kept a watchful eye on our table. We enjoyed the brief chat with Mark, one of the Mgr’s, who came by our table. We were blown away by the food. From the warm bread w/pesto & olive oil to their salads, which we both added grilled grouper, it was delicious! The BEST was the Keylime pie. OMG!!! Definitely OB’s is must visit when in Bradenton!

A “Wine Wednesday” dinner date with close friends at one of our favorite restaurants in Bradenton, Florida. Been here 5 or 6 times in the last 7 years and have never had bad service or (more importantly) a bad meal. My absolute favorite food at this restaurant has always been the Stuffed Hot Banana Peppers. I was so excited to eat them again I completely forgot to take a photo of them. But they give you 3 large banana peppers cooked and stuffed with the most amazing spiced cheese concoction and served on 4 pieces of toast bread points. YUMMY!! And if you ask, they will bring you a bread basket with warm bread and a saucer of olive oil and herbs. I combine this drizzle on my peppers and toast pieces for the perfect bite! The best deal, in my opinion is the fish and chips as the use a flaky white fish called Corvina. As you can see it comes with coleslaw and fries with the best tasting tartar sauce ever! All this for $20!! When it’s wine Wednesday all bottles of wine are half price! So the 4 of us enjoyed a bottle of “Prisoner”. Highly recommend if you like a deep rich red. The only negative to this restaurant is the lack of parking. We always park at the garage just 1/2 block down the alleyway close to the restaurant. This is a go to local restaurant for special occasions and entertaining friends from out of town. You will never regret it!

Fantastic Irish pub and martini bar! The place has beautiful décor and a really inviting atmosphere. The people here are awesome — friendly, welcoming, and fun to talk to. Big shout-out to Bailey, who was super friendly and knew the menu inside and out. Great drinks, great vibe, and definitely a spot I’ll be visiting again!
