Our visit to Hanfords icecream parlor was confusing so we couldn't sit there but wanted to get ice cream my my son's Girl found this cute, comfortable place for all of us to sit together such late,last minute dinner....didn't mind the wait since we had conversations to catch up on for all 10 of us...Thank you Bradley and Leslie miss you both already and Titan waited in car patiently park near by for.my grandog to go! Our meals were great everyone was happy....Avocado toast the bomb, fresh shredded chicken club was great huge sandwich, artichoke Dip I didn't prefer but that's me but it so got eaten! Chicken strips and fries great, Burgers great!

The atmosphere and the servers were good, I had the Rueben and it was good. Thought it could use a little sauce but not bad. The waffle fries to me were soggy and weren’t great. Very disappointed in the waffle fries. Just went there on a whim, was in the area for work. Would maybe try again to see what else is good there.

My wife and I visited Off the Vine on Friday night. We’ve always enjoyed it, but this visit was very disappointing. I received my wrap after about 25 minutes, but my wife’s soup never came. Nearly 30 minutes later, we were told they were out of it — with no earlier update. She ordered spinach dip instead, but after another long wait (while other tables were served), we decided to leave. We had to request a refund for the soup that was never served. The most concerning part? The cashier didn’t know how to process it and had to FaceTime someone — presumably a manager or owner — to ask what to do. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience and no real apology. The food has always been good, but the lack of communication, urgency, and basic training made this a frustrating experience. I hope management takes a serious look at how situations like this are handled. Not sure we will be returning.
