Just came here for the first time visiting from the Bay Area of California and got the bulgogi bowl, I’ve always heard of bulgogi but never tried it until now. Highly recommend, amazing flavor and the bowl also came with green and white onions, kimchi, carrots and cucumbers, all layered on a bed of rice. If you’re in Salem whether local or otherwise, definitely don’t pass this place up! I will definitely be eating here again whenever I get the chance to visit next

Okay.. to start, I honestly didn't think I was going to like this place as much as I did! The flavor is so bold and absolutely fantastic. I am obsessed with the super food bowl. Highly recommend this food cart! Oh! And the owner is just about the nicest lady! 12/10

My wife and I have eaten here a few times now and it is consistently great. I love the Shaken Steak bowl. The ingredients are fresh, the food truck looks well kept and the owner has a wonderful demeanor. If you're looking for a healthy option in this area, this should be your number one place.
