Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Great first time visit! My sister and I came for lunch, and our boba tea drinks were incredible. This is a restaurant that is primarily counter service for any other first timers. Very friendly and helpful service, I didn't get the lady's name that was working the counter, but she had exceptional customer service. Navigating the order screen was a breeze after a quick demonstration; (and I personally think anyone of any age can use with ease.) Highly recommend the Tom Yum soup base if you're grabbing a bowl of soup, delicious!

I had a really tasty udon in miso broth. There is a kiosk to order where you can choose ingredients and custom order a lot of the dishes with options and add ons, including spice level. The onigiri rice ball was delicious and wrapped up they way you would find them in Japan. The restaurant is quaint, clean and authentic. The staff, who are presumably the owners as well, are friendly and attentive. It was a fun, delicious experience and the hot, spicy udon really hit the spot on a cold afternoon.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The best sushi I have ever had. The owner who waited on us was the NICEST person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. She was incredibly helpful and kind. Wow. 100% would recommend! This needs to be your next meal or date!
