The table and chairs were a bit sticky. Very laid back, casual vibe. The food was good and very flavorful. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The side house salad was very good - very impressed! I'd want to swap the fries with more salad next time if I go (we live a bit far from this place). I was disappointed that they didn't have any spicy potatoes. Additionally, I was also disappointed that we were given pita chips instead of pita bread with the platter when the menu indicated "pita bread." Other than bringing the food to your table, everything is self-serve.

If you are looking for a good hot meal with a small local business welcome, this is your spot. I ate here on a whim as I was going to a friend’s house and realized I would be pretty early. I asked the cashier if I should do falafel or chicken shawarma, they said the latter and it did not disappoint. Crispest pita chips, crunchy fries, delicious tender chicken and garlic sauce, and they also brought me hot tea after my meal which was the sweetest touch. I live about 30 minutes away but I will be driving back with my husband for this food and service.

I checked out Olive Branch for lunch. When I walked in I felt like I was invited into the someone’s home and culture. The owner started me out with complementary lentil soup, which was excellent and full of flavor. I got the mixed grill platter and it was fresh and delicious. They were so hospitable and I left feeling like I fed both my body and my soul.
