Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I visited post lunchtime, and was immediately seated in a booth near the bar area. The restaurant was very quiet at this time of day but there were several tables occupied with diners. It was a good 10+ minutes before anyone came and asked if I wanted something to drink. My friend soon arrived and it was also quite a wait for our order to be taken. At this point, still did not get my tea. Next was a long wait for food, easily 20+ minutes. We ordered Endless Soup, Salad, & Bread sticks, which should have been fast fare. When the food finally arrived, there were no bread sticks. Had to ask the busperson halfway through the meal (only person who was nearby). Soup and bread were both lukewarm. Other than the slowness of getting our food and the mediocre food quality, I would like to commend the wait staff for the friendly attitude and desire to please. Overall, I don't know where the hold up was, but it definitely impacted any future desire on my part to return.

So the food is already good so no news there but the service and atmosphere were really nice. Our waiter was so nice and very professional. I wish I could remember his name but he was a tall guy with very nice locs. Great visit, I will definitely be back.

It’s your standard Olive Garden. The service was great. Very friendly and fast. The food is what you’d expect from an Olive Garden. If you like Olive Garden quality you’ll like it. The service was fantastic.
