I was excited that this location opened up nearby. However, I’ve been about 12 times and each time the service keeps going downhill. The food is not what it used to be. If you ask the staff for anything besides the check they act like it’s a burden. I have stopped going to this location and going to another Italian restaurant in Hoover where the staff makes you feel appreciated and happy to take care of you.

Went to eat at Olive Garden tonight and just had to put out a report of how outstanding it was. When we walked in, we were sat down in less that 5 minutes. The food was amazing, salad was great as always, and our waitress (Meagan Baldwin) was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at any restaurant. She was always on top of everything and even talked to the kids and made them feel as if they were an adult, which they loved. We didn’t have to ask for 1 refill or any services as she was right there everytime on top of everything. I recommend that management looks to promote her at some point because she is an asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant! We will definitely be back.

Honestly, I'm kinda scared to eat my food due to the appearance of the restaurant. As I walked in to place my to go order I immediately looked down at the rug which was filthy! The young ladies that were working the area were nice. O went to the restroom and was shocked on the way there. The area where the food comes out at was filthy, I was greeted by the young lady at the bar. The restrooms definitely made me rethink my visit! I came out to the to go pickup area and there wetter two managers there that never acknowledged me. The two kind young ladies that greeted me when I came in, one which was in training came out with my food.
