Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I was scoping new food spots to try in the area, when Olive Leaves caught my eye! There aren’t many mediterranean spots in the local area, so I was instantly intrigued. Decided to order the mixed grill for takeout. It turned out to be absolutely delicious. The chicken was flavorful and full of spices. The steak was juicy and very tender. The yellow rice was fluffy and pillowy soft. Came with a side of fresh cucumber salad. I’ll certainly be making my way back to Olive Leaves for future patronage.

The lamb chops are amazing!!!! Must try! We ordered the lamb chop dish for $24.99 and had it prepared medium. It was very tender and juicy and well flavored! It comes with a side salad and garlic sauce which was simple but delicious. Highly recommend this entree! I ordered the mixed shawarma which is chicken and beef. The beef was very dry and I preferred the chicken it was more juicy tender and had more flavor. If it didn't come with the garlic sauce I probably would not have enjoyed the beef at all the garlic sauce helped. This entree comes with red and yellow rice and a simple side salad (with sumac sprinkled on top which was so good) and roasted veggies for $17.99. I asked for just the yellow rice and for extra salad instead of having two kinds of rice. The waitress with glasses was able to accommodate my request. She was very professional and polite. She answered my questions regarding items on the menu too. We also ordered an appetizer dish the halloumi cheese which is grilled for $7.99. It is very good and I like the salty flavor and chewiness. They give you three big slices with some slices of tomato. It comes with a side of four lightly toasted paninis. I would definitely get this appetizer again I loved the flavor of the cheese. We also tried their Turkish coffee for $2.99 and their yogurt drink for $2.99. The Turkish coffee has such a unique flavor. And their yogurt drink although it is not made in house it has a salty tangy taste and is loaded with active cultures/prebiotics (great for gut health) which I really liked! Everything came out to $60 with tax included! Such a great value for all the food we ordered. Overall I think it was an excellent value. Very generous portions for the price. The lamb was cooked to perfection. That chef knows what they're doing. The chicken shawarma was very tender and well flavored. The beef shawarma is dry and lacked flavor, maybe they give us shawarma that was sitting out, I don't know, but due to this I couldn't give 5 stars, they need to make it more tender next time. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area and craving Mediterranean cuisine. Great customer service, great portions, great prices and decent taste overall!

Olive Leaves was AMAZING. It’s basically a Mediterranean grill with the best flavors everything tasted so fresh and well-seasoned. The vibes were great and the food was 10/10. I’ll for sure be coming back.
