To say this place is a hidden gem is an understatement! This restaurant sits on a historic landmark in downtown Cape Girardeau. As if that wasn’t cool enough, they have the friendliest & most accommodating staff, the best lamb meat I’ve ever had, & to top it off they have homemade desserts every weekend! The Feta Fries are a must every single time (just trust me on this one lol) & the gyro was top notch 🤌🏼 We had the Biscoff cheesecake & the Nutella cheesecake. Both were fabulous! Nabila, the cheesecake whiz & our server, had the sweetest personality & was so helpful telling us about the specials & explaining the menu. 20/10 in my book & I’m STOKED to find out they are on DoorDash also!! Can’t wait to be back at Olive’s!

My dad and I stopped by after seeing the advertising on Facebook! We ordered the shawarma plate, falafel, gyro with fries, hibiscus tea, and ended with baklava....we actually ordered two more baklava slices to go! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and the portions were great. I know we'll be back to try more options.

Located in a quiet corner of downtown near the Arts Campus, this is a quaint restaurant established in what seems to be the living room of a house making it a very comforting atmosphere. The staff is amiable and friendly. The food is top-notch and surpasses even other Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to in larger cities! Price point was also amazing for the quality you get. The vegetarian special of the day Mjaddara Bi Ruz was excellent even though I’m not fond of that genre of food. I highly recommend the Beef Kofta, which was amazing! I think the menu has plenty of variety and options for all food preferences yet thankfully was not overwhelming in choices! A much welcome addition to Cape Girardeau!
