Very nice spot for lunch. My only critique is the ordering process. With having cooked to order foods and scoop & serve fast casual, it can make for difficult timing. The hot mto foods should be started before scooping the byo bowls. That being said, everything was fresh and tasty. Nothing was overly fishy or greasy. Can’t wait to try the raw selection.

Consistently delivers an over the top experience. The waitstaff has changed but the excellence of quality and authenticity never does. Sakitini is my fav! Happy Hour is the best! Omizu is truly a gem in the heart of Parma! It’s definitely worth trying and I know you will return. Quality always! ❤️ The owner is the best! Hospitality combined with excellence! Thank you! 😊
